Adding new properties

Properties can only be added to YRIS by the company admin portal. This is accessible by the company owner via the admin portal here

Once the company owner has accessed the admin portal you will be greeted with an overview of your account. Adding a Property

Within the instance section, you can see the Add property button for that instance Click Add Property From here the create form will appear, simply fill out with relevant details, please note the following;

• Select a form group - Standard will always be a choice, however as your business grows you may create multiple or different form groups and from here you can assign. These are changeable at any point in the future. 
• Property Type - It's important to select the right type for you as this isn't changeable once created. Single Occupancy Flats & Double will allow for 1 or 2 Service users respectively. If you have a house with 4 rooms but its a permanent Solo placement and will only ever have 1 person staying you can choose single occupancy. However if it has 4 rooms and at any point you will go from a solo to 4 full placements you must select a House and put the vacancies value of max bedrooms.

Choosing the property type will directly affect the invoice value, so ensuring these are set up correctly and any volume discounts will be automatically applied.
